Wij willen al onze klanten gastvrij ontvangen en willen jou alle ruimte geven om je te behandelen en te adviseren waar nodig is. Om te voorkomen dat wij je teleurstellen hanteren wij een policy. Wij vragen dan ook, om deze policy voordat je een behandeling bij ons boekt te lezen.
Indien u een gemaakte afspraak wenst te annuleren dan dient dit tenminste 24 uur van tevoren te gebeuren.
Bij te late annulering zijn wij helaas genoodzaakt de kosten van de behandeling in rekening te brengen.
Bij een arrangement dient u de gemaakte afpraak 48 uur van tevoren te annuleren.

If you wish to cancel a one-off appointment, this must be done 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation we are unfortunately forced to charge the costs of the treatment.
